Small print
- Specified rates are per person and night and include gourmet half board and the usage of our newly developed Spa.
- Group rates are available if requested.
- Minimum stay at Christmas is 5 days.
- Double room used as a single is an additional 15.00 €.
- For a booking with only breakfast we deduct 10€ per person/night.
- All our guests have free internet access.
- E-bike rental is 15.00 € per day. ½ day rental only 8.00 €.
- A daily surcharge of 12.00 € without food for one dog is applied and needs to be included in the booking.
- An additional tax fee per day of 1.50 € for persons with minimum age 14 has to be charged.
- When booking a room we ask for a partial payment in advance in order to secure the reservation.

Cancellation agreement:
- With a cancellation of 7 days or more before the arrival date the deposit will be withheld.
- If the cancellation happens with less than 7 days, then the charge will be 50% of the agreed rate for the room.
- Unused days, whether by non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, will be charged at 70% of the agreed rate.
- These conditions are valid even by a new booking of a room or partially occupied room.
